| Vendor Information and Registration Hello Vendor! The 26th Annual Chugwater Chili Cook-off is Wyoming’s hometown event! It will be held at the Chugwater Town Park from 8: 30am to 5pm Saturday, June 18th with a crowd of approximately 3,000 people. The cook-off is best-known for its red and green chili cooking and tasting and is accompanied with other fun events like a car show, live music, wine tasting, art show and more for the family. All proceeds go to Chugwater non-profit organizations. We are excited to be able to offer the following vendor rates for vendor spaces approximately 10’ x 10’. Please note that the rates include one free admission ticket per registered vendor to the event which will be available at vendor check-in. Additional tickets are $10 each and may be purchased at the event or online at www.chugwaterchilicookoff.com. $25 Basic Vendor Space $40 Vendor Space with Electricity, $25 Health Inspection Fee for food vendors only. Limitations: Each vendor is responsible for providing their own tables, tent or coverings. The cook-off will not have these items available. You are allowed to sell drinks except beer or any alcoholic beverages. Sales of T-shirts are not allowed. There may be several vendors selling the same food or other items as we are not going to limit any vendor. Inappropriate items are not allowed. If you require additional space, you will have to pay $25 for each additional 10’x 10’ space.
