| Hello Vendor! The 25th Annual Chugwater Chili Cook-off is Wyoming’s hometown event! It will be held at the Chugwater Town Park from 8: 30am to 5pm Saturday, June 19th. Wyoming musician Jalan Crossland will be headlining the event this year along with a car show, wine tasting, art show and more for the family. All proceeds go to Chugwater non-profit organizations. We are excited to be able to offer the following vendor rates for vendor spaces approximately 10’ x 20’. Please note that the rates include one free admission ticket per vendor to the event which will be available at the information booth. Additional tickets may be purchased online at www.chugwaterchilicookoff.com or the day of the event at any of the ticket booths. $20 Basic Vendor Space, enclosed with registration (payable to Chugwater Chili Cook-off) $30 Vendor Space with Electricity, enclosed with registration (payable to Chugwater Chili Cook-off) $25 Health Inspection Fee if needed, payable to Platte County Health Department on the day of the event. All food items must be cooked in an approved kitchen. *Please note that if you need more than one vendor space (approx. 10’ x 20’) you will be required to pay for each additional space. Limitations: Each vendor is responsible for providing their own tables, tent or coverings. The cook-off will not have these items available. You are allowed to sell drinks except beer or any alcoholic beverages. Sales of T-shirts are not allowed. There may be several vendors selling the same food items as we are not going to limit any vendor. Inappropriate items are not allowed.
